The Wellbeing Health In Reach Nurse (WHIN) is a registered nurse who provides a range of support and coordination with the aim of contributing to improved education, health, and wellbeing outcomes for children, young people and families.
Tasks undertaken by the WHIN may include identifying health needs of young people and families, coordinating appropriate assessments, and developing referral pathways into relevant services.
Coco is the WHIN Coordinator at Shalvey Campus. Coco is employed by NSW Health but is on site with us at Shalvey everyday except Wednesdays.
